Reiki offers a calm, non-invasive space to step away from that pressure and reconnect with yourself.

HOW REIKI CAN SUPPORT YOU

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique developed by Mikao Usui. It involves light touch or hands held just above the body, with the aim of encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of balance.

During fertility or pregnancy, Reiki may help support:

• Stress reduction and emotional wellbeing
• A calmer, more positive mindset
• Relaxation during what can be an intense process
• A sense of control and personal space
• Emotional resilience throughout your journey

DURING YOUR SESSION

You will remain fully clothed and comfortably positioned, either lying down or seated. The treatment is gentle and adapted to your stage of pregnancy or individual needs.

Sessions are designed to be deeply relaxing, giving you time to pause, breathe, and reset.
